Paul Ferrone, Esq, Founding Partner
Paul F. Ferrone is a partner of Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone and has been practicing law for 12 years. Paul specializes in the areas of workers’ compensation and is a Legal Defense Fund (LDF) panel attorney representing officers in critical incidents and officer involved shootings.
Paul brings to the firm strong business acumen and expert skills in research and negotiation. Prior to Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone, Paul practiced law for six years at Sparagna, Sparagna, Ferrone & Ferrone specializing in the representation of public labor unions in workers’ compensation, employment and personal injury litigation.
Early in his career, Paul spent eight years as a legal associate for Gose, Lechman & Lund, a firm specializing in estate planning, probate, and business litigation. During this time, he also served as a political advisor for two Mayors in the city of Camarillo, CA.
Paul is a guest lecturer for both the Peace Officers’ Research Association of California (PORAC) and the California Correctional Peace Officers’ Association (CCPOA). Additionally, Paul provides training to public safety associations in the area of workers’ compensation.
Paul received his law degree from Ventura College of Law and passed the California Bar in 1995. He graduated from the UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1987 .
